Cancellation Policy
We must have a credit card number from you to hold your reservation.
We reserve the right to charge 50% of the cost of your trip to your card if you cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
For no shows we charge the cost of the trip to your card. Please just call us more than 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your trip. If you give us due notice, we will not charge your card.
Please note that weather changes very quickly in this area. Do not plan to cancel your trip based on weather forecasts. We will cancel trips if there is extreme lightning storms or snow, but not for light rain or clouds. At times, we can be flexible for weather requests but not always during our busy season (July - August). Please understand that you will enjoy your tour regardless of weather conditions. Bring a warm sweater, fleece, or a raincoat if there is any question about possibility of cold or rain.
